Always wondered which way is better to position them. As read from top down "/ / / M" or "M / / /" For some reason I find it more intuitive the former, but I think BMW uses the latter (notice that depending on where the wheel sticker falls - at the 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock position, either works fine).

Kinda like that discussion which way the "Powered by M" engine plaque should be facing

MMmmmm... looks good! I like 'em! Now you just need to go drive that machine (hence all that brake surface rust)!

I think the decals look great, but they are upside down. Just look at the M3GTS brakes here:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...2&postcount=10

BTW, anyone interested in upgrading their brakes to the M3GTS brakes, feel free to PM.

I looked at several pics of the F10 M5 prior to affixing my emblems and it appears mine and the OP's are applied correctly.

One is driver's side, one is passenger side. The passenger side pic you posted is how I have mine setup so I'm in compliance.

I did mine opposite way, and consistent as seen here:

http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showp...2&postcount=12

I think at the end of the day there is no right or wrong as long as you stay consistent. One way to check is this. On the front wheels, rotate it such that the wheel's "///M" logo is at the 9 o'clock position (or 3 o'clock depending on which side you are looking at) when you face it straight on (i.e. farthest from front caliper). If you set the caliper logo to match the wheel logo (in that position), you should do that on the other side as well.

Here is my example, left vs. right (when I took the pics the wheel ///M emblem wasn't in the 9 / 3 o'clock/farthest position but you can see what I mean):

These look amazing but the price tag makes me

On another note i also affixed mine with the M facing the hub. Just looks more aesthetically pleasing to me. For Vinyl they actually come out pretty damn nice!

I saw something in another thread (may not have been your/sellers actual price). But from other serious setups I am sure there are several 1000's attached more than I can comprehend spending on my new ride at this time

I will say they look delicious

No worries, I am nowhere near serious player... Yet! haha

I have the money but still have a hard time justifying the price.

There is a few out there who will be able to do so.
