Anti-Roll (sway bar) suggestions
Has anyone upgraded the front Anti-roll bar? I am sure some have. What are the options out there?

I over barred my e36 m3 in B stock back in the mid 2000s. It ate front tires and lifted front tires while turning. I don't want to repeat that mistake.

I ran with it for the first time last weekend at VIR. However, I was also running there on street tires (Mich PSS) rather than DOT-R rubber (Toyo R888), so I couldn't isolate how the bar affected my lap times. Nonetheless, I was less than a second off my lap times with the DOT-R rubber, which is less than I expected. I figure that the narrow difference is due, at least in part, to the larger front sway. Hope that makes sense. Neil |

Does anyone have an idea as to the difference of a 28mm h& r bar vs a e93 28mm bar?

if my math is right, the e93 bar is only 5% stiffer them 1Mīs. by the way, the rear e93 oem bar is very helpful.. the stiffness calculation is very simple diameter^4 26mm^4 you have 456976mm4 27mm^4 you have 531441mm4 Divide one by the other you will find 14% |

Increasing front roll stiffness would increase the tendency for steady-state turn under-steer, no?
I can see that being beneficial at high speeds when I've seen the 1M break loose just from turning in too sharp. |

It helps with corner exit to get power down. Power and going fast quick is the 1m's strength compared to the other cars in the class, so a tenth at every corner can be the difference in winning or being a full second off of the pace.
