Great job, looking saweeet! Time to change the color on your siggie pic

So Lambo doors next?

You planning on any changes to the interior and perhaps introducing the yellow theme inside at all (e.g. stitching/panels/alcantara inserts)? Something along the lines of the current Z4. The BMW Performance seats with yellow stitch would look mighty nice along the existing Perf wheel with the yellow stripe on the 12 o'clock

Seriously? This again? Why do I feel like almost all non-M 1 series owners in US are wannabe M3 owners? They can't seem to be able to figure out that maybe there are people out there actually fond of the N54T in the 1M. This amazing engine is what, a flaw in the eyes of them.

Powerbeast, the car is gonna look amazing, no doubt about that and like somebody else said the actual Z4 interior with alcantara and yellow stitching could be a next mod for you. I always liked that look a lot.

defensive much? Just saying the man obviously strives to be different, his shop has already done an amazing job on his car thus far. I believe the most craziest mod done to a 1er as of late was the v8 swap, and doing that plus what has already had done, would make him the king of the modified 1er hill.

You should really step off your pedestal. Where do you get off on putting on blast a whole community of 1er enthusiast. You are what makes BMW enthusiast segregated.

Obviously if he wants a V8 he can and will do it. Hell he can do a V10!!

Instead of telling the guy what to do and what will make him a king why not wait and see what he does. Maybe he will be a king with an I6 TT.

Such a good job on the paint. No shortcuts. If it didn't turn heads before it certainly will now.

I think his point was that most 1M owners (including Powerbeast afik) feel that the tuned N54 is the perfect match for the 1M.

The M3 with that high-revving V8 is a cheetah on track but a pussycat under 8000 rpm (read: MOST REAL LIFE DRIVING). Unless you're a car enthusiast, people don't even notice when a M3 drives by at 30 mph because it just sounds like any other car. Different story with the 1M.

Also, you're not the 1st 135 owner to show up on the 1M boards to tell all of us how much better our cars would be with a V8. How many 128 owners tell the 135 owners they'd be better off with a S54?

IMHO Ozinaldo merely tried to get the message across that the N54 engine suits the 1M remarkably well. Enough power output for such a compact car. The Oz I know through this forum is not the type of person for making derogatory, divisive statements.
