I agree, after reading through this thread and witnessing the lambasting this douchebag took, I *almost* feel sorry for the poor bastard.

With that being said, he has no one to blame but himself. They way he handled this situation is the antithesis of how it should of been handled.

I think slack would have been cut, had he been a civil human being and owned up to his mistake of wasting someones valuable time and apologized. He tried to blame the other guy, that's a big mistake after proof was laid out in full.

"Hey guys, got my 1M and a dick load of parts coming in, can't wait to yolo all over the fuckin' place at racewars."

I feel kind of bad for the kid, he clearly is suffering from syndromic intellectual disability, so its really not his fault. I mean, come on guys, he has a fuckin' hot tub for God's sake, a dime piece, a mythological car with an assload of parts being overnighted from Japan, and to top it off, hes really fuckin' smart (I think its fair to say we can all agree to the last one).

Could the headlight washers just been deleted by a lazy shop replacing the front bumper? Does the original 1m bumper have cutouts for the washers?

1m bumper, like other e82 bumpers comes with and without washers. Factory fresh 1m all had the washers. My car, like several other clones deleted the washers for looks.

I suspect that "singer" is also now re-stocking vending machines.

OP, I'm truly sorry that you had to deal with such an uneducated person. The facts have been proven and put on the table. Robbie your rebuttal hasn't even been backed up with anything, you take the time to respond to everyone's post but can't even take a single photo with your new "iphone 5". What's really surprising is the fact that you own an "E90" and a "1M" and you couldn't log on through the internet provider with your old phone to answer anyone of the OP questions? What did you have a Nokia? Take your hot tub, 128, and yolo ass and just move along.

Thank you have a nice day

Now if there is anyone you should feel sorry for it should be yourself and your 128 , I'm sure u pick up a lot of dudes in that car bc whenever I see one of those I picture a smoking hot milf which might be you in a transgender version. go take a cruise in the snow with the top down ya mofo.
To add on you are most definitely not someone I would consider taking any sort of advice from especially on how I handled a situation . I don't and won't take advice from queers but cheers

This guy is the ultimate troll, master waster of time. Everyone should just ignore this character and maybe the lack of attention will make him go away.

What a joke..............

I had enough of RobbyB and his childish antics. Its kind of tough trying to reason with him in a public forum. He has no idea how bad he made himself look to all of us - true 1Addicts.

Thumbs up Thanks to the 1M community...

Thanks to all of you in the 1M community, you can't imagine how much your comments turned this failure of a purchase all the way around into some good humor. I am fully recovered and hold no ill feelings for Rob anymore. He chose to do what he did, and got thoroughly worked over. Hopefully in the future if he reads through this, in 10 years, he will have learned something from it.

If that doesn't happen hopefully others researching and looking to buy a 1M or other salvage car will get something from this thread, besides just a few chuckles. I was surprised to find the details about the brakes, and the front bumper, etc. Salvage cars need real good inspection, and i guess that is a reminder lesson for all of us, myself included. Emotional feelings for a car are dangerous, especially when trying to buy salvage title.

Best to all of you, Thanks again!
