Omfg Fckkkkkkk Bmw dealerships!

wow... Ok guys so some of you know all the bullish*t ive had to deal with in this hunt for a 1M.

Well Yesterday i get a call from my main allocation that my car is here. I was sent a video. And was told i can pick it up on Saturday. I got my insurance cards today and had everything ready.

I get a call today from the CA, from his cell b.c he doesn't want anyone in the dealership to hear, that my car is getting taken away from me from the owner of the dealership for him self.

I have had a $2000 deposit and purchase order for the last 1.5 months, production numbers, vin; etc.

The CA and GM tell me they don't want this to happen either since they don't make commission on the sale now. But i can't F*CKING believe this. This is unbelievable.

I told them i will be contacting BMW NA, all the forums, and i will be contacting my lawyer.

The GM said he is trying to find a different car in the country for the GM so i can have my car tomorrow. I was scheduled to pick it up tomorrow at 2 pm!

This is honestly ridiculous.

I will put up the dealerships info right after i figure out what is going to happen.

Sorry i meant for the title to be FCKK BMW DEALERSHIPS- ESPECIALLY BMW OF ORANGE COUNTY

UPDATED
9/24- OK Guys So today i had started looking at 12 pm for 1Ms again. I talked to my original allocation, which guys was at BMW ORANGE COUNTY (BTW Orange County BMW, fuck you, Sue me for defamation i honestly don't give a shit, i have a fleet of in house lawyers as well). I talked to the horrible sales manager JEFFREY MARTINEZ at 12 PM today, and he told me I'm not getting a car and they won't look to find any other car for me. So of course i was depressed and pissed the fuck off.

12:15 PM: i start calling random dealers. Than i thought hey eff it let me try autotrader and cars.com. Called all the dealers on autotrader and all were mistakes or already sold.

1:00 PM I went to cars.com and than the first closest dealer was BMW of Roxbury, where i ended up getting the car. I call the dealer, and find out it is available but they want $2800 above invoice for clear bra and "paint sealant". I said ill pay you $1000 for the clear bra and paint sealant. After negotiations we settled on $1000 over for the clear bra and sealant.

1:30 PM: I leave Home in my friends Lotus Elise SC (gotta get there quick lol). The dealer ship is 80 miles away from Long Island, NY to Roxbury, NJ.

4:00 PM: Arrive at the Dealership. Now they want the full $2800. Wow what douchebags. They said they keep getting offers. W.e i said I'm already here, i drove 80 miles, give me the goddamn car for what we agreed. The hesitantly agreed but said i had to do bmw select than. So w.e i agreed, even though I'm refinancing next week.

4:30 PM: They try to sell me Wheel & Tire ins. for $2700!!!! I said fuck no.

5:30 PM: We sign everything up. I was an idiot. And was too excited and didn't read everything. On the way home i saw they snuck in Gap Insurance for $1700!!!!! I was soooo fucking heated. But thank god i can return it within 30 days. This really pissed me off. Come Monday morning I am returning that, refinancing, and complaining to BMW NA.

5:45 PM: Drove off as quick as i could under break-in to get the fck outta this horrible dealership and NJ

BUT at the end of the day I have my beautiful 1M. I just got home at 12 am. Im at 220 miles now. 10 miles on the car when i got it. Only have one crappy pic for now. Tomorrow me and my friend are taking pics of our cars with my friends DSLR. 1M, M3, Elise SC, and a carbon fiber 370z

Damn, that sucks. I don't care if the guy owns the dealership or not, that is a sleazy move on his part. It sucks you may have to involve BMW NA and a lawyer, but the car should be rightfully yours with the signed paperwork you have.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

Personally - I would show up with all your financing in place, with a copy of your contract, and demand to collect the car. If you have a contract, simply state that you are there to collect the car, and if they do not honor their contract, you will be immediately contact your lawyer. Even better, if you have a friend who is a lawyer, take him with you. If not, while you are at the dealership, simply say that you need to contact your lawyer and need to step away from the salesman's desk. Even better, if you have a lawyer friend, call him tonight so he is ready for the call, and can ask you to give your phone over to the sales manager, saying something to the fact that you - in good faith - executed a legal contract with them, paid a deposit, and are there to collect your goods and finalize payment. If they refuse to sell you the car, calmly state that on advice from your legal counsel, that they should not do anything with the car until the matter is settled legally, and they will be hearing from your lawyer.

Sorry you have to put up with this, but - if you have a legal contract - it binds and protects both parties!!!! Good Luck!!!

Hit up Derek Dicker or Paul Shin at Shelly BMW. I'm sure he'll be able to help you out. Sorry to hear about your situation. I'd be heated as well. It just ruins that dealers reputation

You must be a pretty vengeful dick to have a lawyer on speed dial with a bulk-rate plan. Remind me never to double-cross you.

Just tell them you'll want a new, fully-loaded M3 for the 1M purchase price, and call it even.

Sorry to hear this. Few dealerships are worth their commission, but this is just plain fucking with the customer and the BMW brand.

Call back who-ever tipped you and record the conversation as legally what ever is not on tape or paper did not happen. Good luck getting your car.

What is the name of the dealership?

I would advise OP not to disclose the name of the dealership until he gets to a resolution.
