-Jittery at speed (80+)
-Sunroof rattles
-Popping sound from windshield/dashboard
-Entire dash now creaky over bumps
-Rattling sound from inside passenger side dash or door
-B pillar extremely creaky in the cold
-dead key
-possible blown speaker (no abuse either)
-5/18/09 Add - loud random buzzing from rear speakers whether car is off or on

Not a peep from my 1 except a whistling driver's mirror due to protective film for paint. It is getting a new windshield next week because I opened the hood w/ the wipers up (DOH!), so hopefully it will go back together properly!

Mine has a popping clunk sound that BMW NA wont even look at so I am with you on the blows part. Wish they would just step up to the plate and fix the problem. I have never seen any car company refuse to fix a problem without even trying to determine what the problem is.

I have had 1 bad HPFP.. am on my third third brake light... and my brakes squeal like hell (and this is after bedding and even taking to the dealer who said them shimmed the sensors)...

I love the car but have hated the inconveniences so far... I never had this many issues so soon with any of my previous cars which were not even remotely as expensive as a new BMW... I probably won't keep it much longer after warrently and as long as I don't have negative equity selling/ trading I will get something else...

All you guys saying that your dealer won't fix the problem at hand... Take it to a different dealer. They HAVE to fix any problem. Your dealer is the problem. If not get the service manager in the car and replicate the issue. They will fix it.

^^I agree.. just the fact I have been to the dealer for 5 different issues (not including a bubble in my runcraps sidewall b/c ill tack that up to me possibly hitting a pothole or something) so far for a brand new car kinda sucks whther they fix it or not (they always have)..

1 or 2 things, no big deal.. but 5 times in 9 months... that blows...

but like I said I still love the car (thank god)

Not true... BMWNA is now claiming that my problem is "normal". So no dealer is going to fix it if BMWNA is not going to pay for the fix. By the way... I have taken it to two dealers so far...

i have a sunroof rattle, a dash rattle, and a rear window rattle. all 3 started under 1k miles (i'm at 3k now). havent brought it in yet... hopefully they'll fix it. my e46 m3 had no rattles whatsoever when i sold it at 57k miles.

So far let's see
Adaptive xenons on automode sometimes don't turn with steering wheel..I've had to turn off the car completely and restart
Dash headrest(both) and center console rattles
Long starts I'm thinking the fuel pump might be the issue
Apart from that the car is fine and I'm at 17k now

Hoping the stiff runflats are a culprit.
