For any hating needs.....bmw calls for 300chp 300 cwtq.....Factor in your average drivetrain lose and your right in line.

This seems to be the most logical explanation. Assuming these numbers are at the flywheel it's still impressive and not out of line with other tuners even without an updated intercooler.

Isn't flywheel and crank HP the same thing? I've always said brake horsepower (BHP) as that is the common usage by any manufacturer.

Custom tunes are the way to go and if anyone can't see past that then.....well.....you're like the people who hate on trying to make the 1er lighter by taking interior pieces out......impressive results and I like it. But the 08 135i dyno'd kinda low right? I always thought we were all (n54/n55) in the 275-285 rwhp/rwtq range? As the 09 dyno'd spot on.

Crank and flywheel is the same thing. Bren did notice some of the cars were making low base numbers compared to others. Im wondering if its a automatic to manual thing. You'd imagine the auto would have more drivetrain loss

Generally a auto does make less than a manual but I'm not up to speed on the DTC tranny. I would think it wouldn't be that much less than a manual since its more efficient than a old school transmission.

DTC does not lose as much but all these cars are a steptronic or 6 spd manua...atleast in the link i posted..(looks like a bad link..ill repost now)

yea those numbers do seem pretty extreme (no disrespect to what you have). I have the SAME EXACT setup BMS Dual/ Cobb AP and I JUST ordered AR Designs DP's last night and I'm NOT EVEN expecting to be NEAR those numbers..... If I can get 350whp I'd be thrilled....

Any idea's what my car may pulll with the BMS Dual/ Cobb AP (w/ pro tune) and AR Catless downpipes on 93 octane?

My only down fall and to me is that my 135i is and auto.... I HATE THE DRONE that auto's make with an exhaust so I'm gonna be searching ALOT fora decent midpipe (no cats) and axel back..... any suggestions; has anyone heard a 135i with the TBE on an auto and how was the sounds?

My car is setup with the mods below and I have no to little drone on the highway. Mines also an auto. Your car should make atleast 400whp with dp's and a protune. Im setting up another tuning day with Bren if you are interested

I took my car to the strip the other night and with no launch i did 12.6 at 107mph. I can easily shave a nice chunk off with a launch...there was a new isf there i took that ran 13.1

Ill post the slip up when i get home. Did a 1.9 60ft...let off in 4th? I couldnt do any launch because i was already having traction issues. I have 19 inch vmrs with 245s lol

oo btw the car in the left lane is a 335i with the exact same mods. He's running a cobb stage 1 aggressive plus fmic. My fastest trap speed of the night was 111.

That's just IMO... don't want to piss anybody off; but I have been doing this for a long time and I highly doubt those numbers are correct. There's another guy that I've been talking to on a face book group, he running RB stage 2 turbos with FBO and custom tune and he's putting down approx 50 more hp then the OP and maybe 60 more tq.
