No not big on supplements. Used to take handfull of vitamins now its just multivit, fish oil, ans thats about it. Used to keep track of grams of protein and calories each day. Now not so much. Think smoosh is courting me?

Haha... Nutella doesn't make you fat.

Life is too short not to enjoy the good things in life. Imagine being on your deathbed one day and only having eaten "meal prep" meals for the past few years. It doesn't get much worse than that.

People forget about balance. I eat what I want, and I eat a lot. But I also stay active, like going for walks, bike rides, etc.
