Mods to install ER FMIC combo kit?

Hi all - I'm considering the Evolution Racewerks FMIC combo kit for my 2013 N55 135i M-Sport, DCT vert.

Anyone have experience installing this on the same car setup? I blew the charge pipe, which is 1/3 price of the entire kit, would like to do the entire kit if I don't have to do a lot of modifications to make the intercooler fit, e.g. removing the bumper, cutting underbody parts disconnecting.. I'm comfortable working on cars, etc.

Thanks,
Michael

I installed this on mine. I did the TIC, IC, and CP it requires the standard trimming for an oversized intercooler and I had to notch the fan shroud for the clips on the back of the intercooler to grab correctly. It's pretty easy, the hardest part for me was actually the clips/clamps on the factory piping. I would recommend an oscillating tool for the trimming and just take your time.

ETA: I don't have the shroud kit so I have no idea how much of a pain that could be.

It was a PITA, had to buy longer couplers, cut out nearly all the support structure around the stock intercooler and notch the fan shroud. The insides of the IC and CP were coated in metal dust, perhaps from when ER grinds down the welds, glad I checked and cleaned them. And to add insult it went on sale a couple of weeks after I bought it.

I don't recommend the kit and regret buying it, should have just bought a charge pipe and moved on vs this path. Lesson learned.
