Yes, fairly tight, could rub it you got very big on the tires or aren't careful with the camber.

i have those tires on 19x8.5 and 19x9 wheels rn, my only concern is the offsets on the BBS is a little more aggressive than the forgestar offsets (et 48 and et 45 i believe??)

I'd go with 245 rears my first set to be a little safer. If you already own the tires, then have them installed on a shop that can go to max rear camber if needed, which I bet it will need if you stick with PSSs.

Here is a comparison of the back wheel differences using my favorite wheel calculator, http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp
So it looks like your tire and wheel will only stick out 5mm (0.2in) more. |

Update
Finally installed on my car.
Running Michelin pilot 4s since PSS are out of production. The 4s is wider than the PSS despite having the same 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 sizes. Fronts clear w no rub at all good fitment May install a 12mm spacer up front since there's a little more room to go. Rears...rub like a mother F out of the box. BUT I had my fenders rolled and pulled yesterday and added 1/2 degree of negative camber...good to go! Minimal if any rubbing, another 1/2 degree of camber and it would be very clean

PS4S look very similar to PSS to me. Were you able to mount each and see that the PS4S runs wider, or are you just guessing?
Good luck with the rubbing. For a nice set of wheels it's worth it. I finally did the rear brake hub mod to get my Volks to fit better. I'm getting my wheels refurbished soon, basically just to get rid of scratches, I really haven't curbed them at all.
