Looking at 2011 128i

As the title says, wife found the above car with 75k miles for under $9k. I'd like to know what I should look for when we go see it. Never owned a BMW before. It is a ragtop but the ad states the "top is inop". Fuse(s)? Electrical? Just need some white lithium grease? What else should I look at?

Need more info:
Is it a manual or automatic?
What options does it have (VIN?)?
Sport, or not?
What kind of estimate did the owner get to fix the top?
Is it a private sale or a dealership?
Seen a CarFax yet?
Oil leaks?

So much to tell you. Do you really want a convertible? The convertible and the coupe could not be more different.
