It's not just the way the spoiler looks that I'm not sure of, it also appears flimsy, like it could be snatched off too easy. And I wouldn't want this to happen (look familiar):

CF spoiler got stolen tonight at west Los Angeles.

I think these gloves would be better for "Extreme Temp." Plus, they kinda match the color of your car.

Installed a set of BMS DCIs and Cowl Filters, swapped out the drive belt, and installed the CYHY Dash Cam. 4 hrs total

Impressions: I love the increased sound the engine makes now. I feel better connected with the car.
The dash cam is going to take some getting used to but so far it works well. The install was a bit of a pain though.

Thanks???

Not a ton of options for N55, and I (personally) think it looks better than the afe.
I like the carbon bits, cone filter, and ease of installation.
Didn't want the noise or heat soak of an exposed filter element on this one.

I do wish they went for a more integrated look between hard and soft bits, but understand why each component was used in its selected location.

I really wish BMW had continued to make engines with beautiful exterior designs (valve cover, intake runners, etc) without resorting to plastic covers.
But, hey, it works.

It's unfortunate that so many modern engines have very little aesthetic appeal nowadays. I do however find Nelson's engines to be some of the most beautiful ever created. Would love to drop one in the 1er

Dropped a 3.73 diff in (from 3.23). Good cheap upgrade for the NAs, I'm really happy with it so far!

Don't know about you convertible owners, but I found that the side glass on my car had no factory tint and I was baking when ever the sun came in through the sides. After 2 months I decided I'd had enough. Just got the car back from having 35% tint added (NC legal) and the car looks much better. AC doesn't work as hard now and the sun from the sides is much diminished from a heat standpoint. This was well worth the money. If anyone on here is in the Raleigh NC area, I highly recommend John Marcum at Sound, shade and security. This is the 4th car he's tinted for me and he always does outstanding work.
