Berk Midpipe, aFe Intake, Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 Tires (Used)

Hi all, I'm looking to sell a few items.

1) Set of used Berk Midpipes. Improves flow and sound, no issues. $400obo.

2) aFe Stg 2 Intake in good working condition. Has a couple of knicks and scratches as seen in photos. $250obo.

Does the midpipe come with the hardware associated with it?

It does not come with the installation kit. I just called Berk, the installation kit that would come new with the midpipe costs $55.
I can include some left over parts I have from the midpipe such as 1 pair of new gaskets (you would still need 1 more pair) and two new bolts that connect the end of the midpipe to the able back (the one that uses the springs).
So the parts that would still be needed are springs to the bolt on the midpipe/axleback, bolts that connect the midpipe to the down pipe and bolts for the mid section of the midpipe. You maybe able to reuse some bolts and the springs depending on condition.
