trade in 128i for 135i?

How much would i be losing if i were to trade in my 128i 08 Auto for 135i 08 Auto? My car has 14k miles.

Doesn't make much sense. Are buying through a dealer? PROVIDE MORE DETAILS AND PERHAPS GIVES A BETTER ANSWER. Check Edmunds?????

I'm a CA at Valencia BMW(by Magic Mountain), so we're not too far from you. No matter what, you're going to lose at least the tax for both transactions... The actual amount you're going to lose depends on how long you've had the car, how much you put down, and what kind of financing you chose.
