E82 Logic 7 slight static noise on bass hits

Dangit....why can't I get mine fixed...

Mine does this and I dont have Logic 7. My SA says BMW doesnt have a fix for it yet.

Sorry for not fully reading through the thread.. it's 10 pages long =p

Has anyone replaced their Logic7 subs with earthquake subs?
If so:
1) Does it sound a lot better than the Logic7 subs/is it worth the money?

Also, does this Logic7 static happen in the 2009 135i or just the 2008, which
you guys seem to be getting fixed.
