Got mine from getbmwparts.com
Cheaper by a few bucks than some of the other places that have been advertising here.
Also found another BMW dealer using getbmwpart.com. For some reason they have stuff even cheaper than the one with the "s" on the end. good luck. Shop around before you make that purchase.

If i were to order these, what would I have to purchase on top of just the tail lamps to make it work with my 08 ?

Nothing. Just the lamps. Lots of posts related to installing these. Mine took about 20 mins or so. Easy install for sure.

In short like L8 said just purchase the lamps. You shouldn't need anything else. They are completely plug-n-play
