Hey there mate. There have been timing issues with your track over the past few weeks, its a well know issue.
I race my car at Willowbank all the time and its the best prepped track in Australia, those 60ft times are just not possible, especially on larger diameter 20 inch wheels (larger diameter = slower 60ft's).
To compare your times, my car is full bolt on, E85, Alpina trans flash etc etc etc running 11.9 @ 118mph with 1.80 60ft with 255x30x19's, or 11.9 @ 120mph with 265x30x19's with 1.9 60ft's.
Using BMS kickdown blocker and a 1800-2100rpm launch. Any more RPM than that and the 265 tyres with fry up. Running LSD of cause.
Will be running 275 MT slicks next outing with the hope of running a 1.7 60ft.
You most be pulling some crazy wheelstands with your 1.3 60 footers!! : )

How do you know of the timing issue, can you please give me your source so I can
verify your statement.

I've been trying to get in touch with wsid with no help.

I use this service to see if I made progress with my changes, if I'm getting misleading results I should be entitled to a refund.

Its definitely not a world record for the fastest 60 foot.

Unfortunately I think you have to add .5 sec to your time.
This would equate to a 1.7 60ft and a 12.0 1/4 @ 115mph
still a quick time and now makes perfect sense. I would use the
seasonally adj numbers for the time being.

We dont understand your stubborness in ignoring logic.

Sorry dude doesn't make sense to me I run 11.8 on on 1.8 60 foot with wheelspin

I'm not stubborn, show me the proof of the timing error.

If I get down to the track this week I'll have a chat with wsid officials to get something concrete out of them because if there is a problem what is the point of going if your outcomes are invalid. Complete waste of time and money and someone should be held accountable for it.

I would have demanded a refund as soon as I collected my timeslip and I saw a 1.3 sixty. Heck I'd want a refund if I saw anything under a 1.6 on a street tyre.

WSID should be held accountable for this as people pay money and as Marty said end up wasting a whole night.

I enjoy going to the drags but I'm more interested in trap speed to show me what power my car is making. Anything between 118-121mph is good for stock turbos. I have a DCT and getting the car off the line with the LC is extremely difficult. I've managed to trap 118 and 119mph consistently with a few 120mph passes.

Well I'm not posting a time slip from tonight's run as I'm still waiting on the video to get posted up.

Lets say its going to upset a few people

Spoke to the official today about the timing his name is Derrick not Errick and there is no timing issues, not today or the last few weeks.

So ring him if you must.

A few people saw my run and they freaked how fast it was.

Keep you guys posted.

LOL funny that as they have changed all the sensors and confirmed there was still anomalies with the timing over the past few weeks.

Maybe Derek didn't want to hurt your feelings buddy.

You should listen to some people around you that have been doing this for years..

How about you open your eyes and read the time slips and look at my launch compared to the car next to me especially when the reaction times where almost identical, the is more than a .3 or even a .5 sec difference on the 60 foot alone.

Some of you should just pull your head in.

If they changed all the sensors please support your statement with fact instead of stating stupid comments and back up your statement.

The only way to settle this 'feud' is for a car/driver that runs consistent times to go for a run and confirm if there was any difference between their previous times?

JB4-335 You keen to go for a run and see what times you get!?!

I can handle the truth just cant swallow that half the people are dribbling uninformed bs.

Cant even prove their statements, any educated person could look at the video and notice the huge gap between the cars on take off alone and at the 60 foot mark. If I'm correct the sixty foot mark is the Christmas tree if you pause the video I have a 2 car lead on him as I pass it.
If he does a 2.0 sixty foot and I have a two car lead on him at the tree, that's a bigger lead than 0.5 sec

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out that the times are valid.

I was there last night in the Porsche and did a 12.8 with a 2s 60'.
No real skill required given it's PDK with launch control and sports plus.
I know 1.3s sounds hard to believe, so I'm not casting any comments there, but from my night out I didn't get the impression there were any issues with the timing equipment.

Based on my times and the group of cars I was there with, everything seemed correct.

That 1.31 has you there with the big boys now. Check out this conversation taken from truestreetcars.com:

"My car routinely 60's low to mid 1.20's, Isaac's car usually mid 1.30's or so I believe. Every time we raced last year I would pull Isaac out of the hole and past the 60ft, but come the 330, Isaac would catch and pull past, I'd go low 9's and he'd go 8.80's.

ok after watching that video, I retract my previous statement.

That thing is a rocket ship!!!!

I have customers who build 1000hp drag cars and net similiar 60ft times, I think it all comes down to the driver at the end of the day! you are AMAZING. Care to divulge HOW you launch it so well?????

That is mind boggling!!!

congrats man you are the most amazing racer I have ever seen!!

My theory is that you have a 3/4 chassis drag car with a carbon bmw shell on it and you're running a 1500hp 2JZ with drag radials under there.

Well played sir, well played.
