Wheels and sizing help!

Hi Everyone,

Been waiting on wheels forever because I honestly love the 264's. If they were wider, I wouldn't even be on this journey.

My car is spinning in 4th on the highway, has been since I went PS2. Ruins the car in my opinion, I hate spinning away all the power I paid for. I have Continenetal Extreme Contacts on the car now, which are pretty sticky for a street tire.

So I want to move to a 9.5inch rear and 8.5 inch front. I have spacers on now (15mm back and 10mm front), is anyone aware if 9.5 rear will fit without rubbing?

Having a really hard time picking wheels. Anyone have any good recommendations? Right now, I'm looking at

1. OZ' Allegrita HLT's (can't find good pictures on them on a 1 series)
2. VMR 703 or 710 (these feel like safety picks, but would like something a bit more unique)
3. OZ Ultraleggera
4. And a new wheel maker, ESR SR05 (or SR01, love them both). They are basically BBS LM reps (which is my favorite bmw wheel ever but out of my price range).

I am heavily leaning toward the ESR's.
Does anyone have experience with ESR wheels? It's about 1,100 for four wheels. They look unbelievable, to me, but I can only find them on three series. Any other recommendations in the 1000-$1600 range? Picks of the ESR's below for context:

I have the standard Apex arc8s sizes for 135i on nitto nt05s 235 front 265 rear. No rubbing at stock height for me.

Later on I did coilovers, camber plates and even put a 5mm spacer on rear. Still no rubbing

sweet. I'm sold on white ESR LM reps, these are too gorgeous. Was a bit worried about how white would look, but this is an ideal setup for me. Feel free to close thread, thanks.

Wheels are as much about the offset as the width. You might could use an 11" rim width wheel with a 275 or 285 width tire if you got the exact right offset/tire, etc (guess that would be around a 60 offset). Pilot Super Sports or PS4S are by far my favorite daily driven high HP performance car tire.

Ya it looks like the offsets on these won't work. Unfortunate. 4's are very moderately stickier than my tires, track times are always within a few 1/10ths in comps. I need something stickier than that, probably going with a federal 595 rs-rr

ANYONE know if there are any BBS LM replicas that fit our car? Guess I'll go with RP-F1's or the 703s if not.

Have you heard about the rear brake hub mod you can do and gain around 7mm? I did that so I could run 9.5et45 wheels easier.
