What Is Your Ultimate REALISTIC Dream Car?
Since we're on this forum, we obviously all have fantastic taste in cars . Just wondering what everyone's ultimate dream car is... and by that I mean something that's actually achievable and not just a wild ass wish if you win the lottery one day. Obviously we all have different financial means so I expect a wide range of different cars, but I thought it would be interesting to see what you all have in mind as the ultimate car you could own one day!
For me is would be a Porsche 991 911 Turbo. Such an iconic car, and nothing else I've driven thus far comes close in terms of driving excitement. Last edited by 3thirty5; 01-21-2018 at 03:41 AM.. |

Porsche Singer, ok, I'd have to win the lottery but I do see the odd one around so somebody can afford them. I've always coveted Porsches, and always loved the 993. I had my Z4MC and loved it but lurked around a bit, my wife was in Chicago on business last fall and I found one not to far from home and sent her the ad for a laugh, it was way more than I thought we could afford but we share our dream stuff with one another. Damn if she didn't reply with lets go look when she's home.....the following weekend off we went, she loved the car and knew I did too and she told me to buy it. We take good care of one another and we are blessed that we can afford to have these kinds of indulgences. My wife with the car in the detail shop when we picked it up. I'm a very lucky man

718 GT4 with 500 HP GT3 motor with 6MT and no dealer markup. "Realistic" is probably a pipe dream but a dream car nonetheless.

If it were realistic, it wouldn't be a dream car... but if i had to choose, a 1973 Porsche 911 RS... i really cannot afford one now but in 1973 it was a bargain for $14K... I love these old cars... My 72' tii is a bit forgiving when driven hard (not by much), but those old 911...they punished you for being a bad driver! Taking a hard turn? stay on the go-pedal... lift off and she will bite!!!!
Fun driver's cars!!!
