The torque and suspension and general feel of the 1M is far superior in my eyes.
Alice, you can't be a girl. Girls don't talk like this. Seriously ?

Thanks for standing up for me. My first car was a 1960 Twin Cam MGA. I even knew how tofix it-- you kindof had to with British cars back then. Even though I was very delicate looking back then my dad thought part of owning a car was being able to keep them running.

BTW I must admit after my 150 mile trek today along Lake ontario I went to CVS to get some nail polish to match Pumpkin. When I first got my e46 M3 a Roundel guy was at Watkins Glen School and posted a picture in the Rondel showing my matching nail polish. It hides the brake dust under your fingernails.

I was one of those that wore a race suit at the weekends! For about 4-5 years I raced karts.

@joanearly - Because I live on a very small island, the BMW does feel slightly wider, but not much. It is really manoeuvrable and racy, just like my mini was. I dont think you will be disappointed at all! The transition would just feel "natural"

I find it strange alice that you have raved about your new 1M, but you have put it up for sale at a very high price saying its not the car for you.

From the ad:
"This is my 1 Series M Coupe that I ordered last year, and had one of the earliest build dates in the UK - I received it on May 14th.
The reason for selling this car, is simply because it is not for me, and I will not appreciate is for how special it is!

** PLEASE NOTE - The car is un-registered, and therefore classed as new **"

Very weird indeed she's already selling the car. I might have been right after all, when I said "girls don't talk like this" in the first post on this page.
So she is a girl, and the 1M is not for her.
