HP Autowerks is in Santa Barbara and they are hands down the best suspension shop to use for the 1 series & 3 series. They pioneered the M3 suspension on our cars as well as having a huge knowledge about koni's. Ask for Harold and say Philip with the 135i sent you. http://hpautowerks.com/ But if they are out of your reach then I also recommend BavarianX. They actually have an employee that owns a 1 series so they are extremely knowledgeable as well. Ask for Lawrence and say Philip with the 135i sent you. http://www.bavarianx.com/aboutus.asp |

We were the first to R&D the M3 bits for the 335i and later the 135i, and knows these cars well and we have all parts in stock with the exception of the Dinan springs(you will have to supply that). We track just about everything we sell to test their functionality and can setup your car like no other. A few podium finishes at Redline Time Attack in a basically street driven 335i is no small feat, especially vs. E8x competitors making more power and weigh 300+ pounds less. If the demand is high enough, we will consider opening a showroom and installation facility in the LA area in less than two years. |

Thanks to a recommendation from cooler2442, I had my Dinan suspension and M3 bits install done at BavarianX. Brad ( the owner) did an outstanding job. He is a very skilled mechanic, works efficiently and fluidly and finds solutions when encountering the inevitable problems that crop up. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended. I will be making a more detailed post on the installation. Thanks Brad and Lawrence!
