Sometimes when i take of from a dead stop my car feels as if it be tugging. The tugging goes away but, How can i know if the sparkplugs are over due. car has 80,000 135i m. No codes show up so any o2s? Would be appreciated.

The plugs should be done every 50K miles .... more often if you are running a tune. I'm not sure if that what's you are asking.

Just if anybody has felt like a tug on the 1ers. What spark plugs do you recommend?

I would only use the OEM BMW ones. People in the past have reported issues with aftermarket and even the non BMW OEM ones. You may have luck but just my 2 cents. Getbmwparts.com is usually the cheapest.
