Tail lights
As a result of a service bulletin back in 2010, I had the seals replaced in both tail lights. A year later the driver's side tail light went out and was replaced under warranty. I asked that they also replace the right side tail light presuming it was only a matter of time before it would go out. They wouldn't do it. Right side light went out last week. Dealer wants $390 for the tail light assembly plus labor to install. Having them check with BMWNA for some "goodwill" as I'm 2 years out of warranty.

For a little over $320 you could order some Blacklines that are totally PnP order the kit that ends with #282 part number. Schmiedmann.com or ECS are good places to find them. Installing the tail lights is VERY easy to do. I even made a DIY on 1Addicts. Or order the regular lci tails from a dealer. Getbmwparts.com
