custom led turn signals and sequential taillights.

has anybody on here done an aftermarket led turn signal bulbs for the 1 series? im looking to update the old non led bulbs. Also i remember spotting a 135i with the lci blacklines and he had sequential taillights?! i didn't think this is possible. could anyone recommend me a company that could do something like this? just orderd some lci black lines and want to do something different.
