I guess, thought I had a great find since it was listed when I searched for 128i. How the heck do they work as "universal" anyway, makes no sense to me, I would think they are always specially made for each engine, no?

It's just typical HPF bullshit. They love the quick buck/con.

Hes referring to the 5000 euro "stroker" kit for n52 to bump it to 3.2L
http://www.noellemotors.de/3_2l_engi...B30.262.0.html other vendors sell this same kit, same price

Maybe because Noelle is a Euro tuner and the 128i is not available there? I think someone emailed them once and confirmed that it would work, though. In any case, from what I remember the kit is absurdly expensive.

Stroker kits are very expensive not to mention installation! Thought about a stroker for my Corvette but went the Super Charger route instead. If I blow the engine a 403 ci stroker will be put in and keep the blower on. If I had a 128 I would consider this kit, depending on how much, of course. |

Not cheap lol I figure if i keep my car long enough, i'll probably end up doing a ton of stiff to it, which would satisfy my want for a more powerful car too lol |

Given the trouble I had finding even a semi-competent shop to do a simple coil-over install this past spring, the biggest obstacle might be finding one I trusted to do something as labor intensive as a stroker kit on my N52. But it's one for the wish list, to be sure. It would be pretty epic to be running probably the only 3.2L 300+ WHP 128i in North America.

ECU programming is custom made and it is just final touch, after exhaust is replaced. Noelle offers cams and classic NA tuning, bit expensive (eventually possible to negotiate 5000 $ price point). Last edited by raceman; 07-08-2012 at 11:07 AM.. |

I think its in the PDF
Or maybe on the UK website that promotes this kit as a Hartge design Also personally, I think i'd be happy to stop at ~290 hp Not because I don't like power, its because I cant use it in daily driving, and I don't track my car

Thank you very much guys!!
I've just discovered that I can transform my E82 125i into a 130i only with sofwtare modifications. But, I have a big problem now... I need to find a spanish chip-tuner to do this... and I think it will be impossible |

http://www.ms-chiptuning.de/ wintertuning and others exist. shop around and just knwo that one for the german ones is a offshoot of a more reputable company ( could be wintertuning) Also let us know which on you used, as we have very few english reviews of Euro tuners

Thank yoy Andrey. I'm speaking with 4 chiptuners here in Spain and they are studying the case. But they said there won't be any problem I'm sending to them the original ECU soft of a 125i and 130i so that they can analyze them... but I think the only thing to do is to activate the DISA function that is "disabled" in the 125i... and copy-paste the 130i into my 125i ECU..

Can I get more info on this? Where did you get the files? Also, not sure if i mentioned it before, but 125i needs a change somewhere in the air intake pipe, that is how euro tuners unlock the 125i in addition to DISA
