My Charge Pipe broke - need help

So couple weeks ago my car started running weird and not generating any power with engine check light. Started looking around and found the charge pipe was completely off the throttle body with small plastic piece missing. Fortunately I found retainer ring sitting on top of the bally pan.
Since, I have started looking for aftermarket unit and I can't find one that would fit my car.
My car is from early 2009 and has 3 bungs. 2 of them are for diverter valves and one for Diverter Valve sound baffle. I found many with either 2 bungs or one but not 3.
What do I do?

You just don’t use the sound baffle on aftermarket cps.

Pretty much everyone, including myself goes aftermarket on this item but if you're having trouble finding one ... did you consider an OE replacement part?

I was considering it but didn't know what's the purpose of it. Was actually thinking that this was the blow off valve for a while.
Does it do anything other than keeping things quiet? Just curious.

I will go with aftermarket aluminum unit that has 2 bungs. Don't want to keep purchasing plastic OEM unit that will keep breaking.

I've got an'09 135, and swapped the stock charge pipe for a Phoenix Racing CP. The sound pipe your asking about is eliminated. Only the two BPV's are reconnected.

There is no change evident in daily driving by removing/eliminating that part- sounds and feels stock.

I did order one and should be coming on Monday. I opted out for the FTP Motorsports unit. I will report back once I install it.
Thanks for your help.

Mine cracked in the exact same spot...

Sounds like they weren’t meant to last!

Interested to see what you think of the FTP!

This is a common failure point. We sell dozens and dozens a month from people who've had the stockers fail. It's best to upgrade sooner then later so as not to be inconvenienced and/or left on the side of the road.

Just wanted to update everyone on my installation.
The new charge pipe came in and I was able to install it and drive it for couple days w/out the engine cover (was waiting for new spark plugs to arrive) or stock air filter. I temporarily installed couple duel cones open filters that I have laying around and this thing was so noisy I couldn't believe. It really sounded like it had aftermarket blow off valve and engine w/out the cover was ticking like crazy. Few days later I received the plugs and after changing them I installed all stock parts including the air box and engine cover. I was very curious what the result going to be but car is back to stock sound. At first I was relieved to hear my car run same old way but now sometimes I miss the "wild" side of it.

Get a Tial BoV especially if you are running higher boost. Stock DVs don't cut it.

My car is stock and I wanted to keep it that way. In the past I always modified my cars but over the years I learned that it's so much easier and cheaper to keep cars stock-ish.
So far I'm happy with the charge pipe and stock DVs.
Thanks for suggestion though.

I had dual cone intake for years and switched to afe momentum gt closed box intake and at first I didn't like the lack of noise.

Nowadays I barely notice but sometimes still miss the whoosh.

These cars are a bit too quiet stock, there is a certain aspect of sound that creates a sporty and real feel.
