I've been told that the E93 M3 bar is the stiffest stock bar available.
EDIT: This is from Turner Motorsport's website (with emphasis added) -- "The stock E93 M3 front 28mm swaybar can be used on all of the other E90/E92 and E82 cars as an upgrade to reduce bodyroll, improve handling, and get quicker turn-in. This is a direct upgrade when used with the bar, bushings, and hardware. Stock Sway Bar Size = 26.5mm E93 M3 Sway Bar Size = 28mm But the result is more than just the 1.5mm difference in diameter. The E93 M3 rollbar is hollow tubular which actually increases its stiffness even more." Neil Last edited by MDORPHN; 03-19-2012 at 01:15 PM.. Reason: Added text from Turner Motorsports website |
