What was the price? Maybe they figure adding $2-3k to their price will just make people consider buying a new one. Other possibility is it was lemoned for hpfp (2010 is still the n54 motor).

No special rates or programs for a 2010, plus the car has a lot of warranty left still.

Do you know when APRs will be low for the 1M? I'm shooting for European Delivery in late October, so I'm not in a big hurry, even though I'm ready to do the paperwork at the appropriate time.

Too cold in December for ED

Doesn't financing have to be secured a few months in advance?

not sure, haven't done ED personally but I would assume it just needs to be done before you leave town.

depends where you go/who you talk to. I didn't build mine to order but I got $800 over invoice dealing with my CA no matter what I would have chose to do (he said building one was always an option if I didn't like what he could get me).

$500 over invoice(including Maco and Traning, you're paying it!!) seems to be fair on a 135i (at least on the west coast)

1. My steering wheel is starting to peel a bit on the plastic beside the horn. Will BMW hassle me on getting this replaced? It only appears to be getting worse.

2. Do you have a time frame for which all HPFP/injectors will be swapped out? I have an 08 and am ready to get mine done but apparently my VIN # hasn't came up yet and therefore have received no letter.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not a tech/dont work in service but:

1. BMW will only warranty trim from peeling for the first year, your dealer would have to goodwill it.

2. No idea.

Not to be argumentative, but how exactly can they "choose" not to cover something under warranty if it's clearly defective (i.e., not owner caused?) From my understanding, we have a 4 year/50,000 mile warranty, period - not 4 year powertrain/1 year interior bits...

Not saying service departments aren't pulling this (possibly even at BMWNA's direction), but I think it's pretty sketchy.

In my time with BMW, I've never seen them not replace peeling trim, as long as the car is under warranty even CPO. I even had it done on my wifes X3

- sorry, don't have answer for question 2

correct, sometimes the extra cost pushes the car to the high end of the market with pricing. Also the car could possibly have some sort of disclosure on it preventing it from being CPO'd

I'm not sure which pieces it's related to, my E60 550i the shifter was peeling and i tried to have two different dealers warranty it and they would not. Both came up with the "it's the oils in your hands etc etc"

this is a pretty ambiguous statement/question. It would help to include what the dealer/seller is asking for the car as a starting point to reference what is being sold that is similar in options/miles/condition and how it compares.

I mean I could say straight up, its worth $35k but who knows, maybe its in terrible cosmetic condition and is only with $30k.

agreed... also different markets can sometimes demand different pricing. Other things to consider is how much the dealer has invested into the car. Have they installed new tires? Was the windshield chipped and replaced etc..

Extended warranty-

Worth it?

Anything I should know about it?

What all does it cover?

What's a decent price?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Any dealers know why I can't get my dealer to get me 262 rims on a 128 w/"M" sports package when they are available on the 128 with the standard SP??
I really don't like the 207M rims and really wanna do the M SP!
Seems like it shouldn't b that difficult of a request.
Btw I'm doing ED end of July placing final order Tuesday
Thanks for any replys.
