Hmm.. yes. My BSM 135i looked great but every fingerprint was VERY obvious. I always closed the door with the door handle. I can imagine how bad the car would look after about 20 minutes at a car show..

You are absolutely right ! It didnt cross my mind

In that case, i suppose the BSM at Welt will be surrounded by a glass barrier

Damn until these pics the thought of owning a white car had never ever even crossed my mind. I don't mind the look but I just don't think I'm pure enough for such a pure color. Now I'm questioning the BSM choice. Y'all think it would be terribly tacky to get it in white and apply the black stripes like the tii concept? I can't live with an all quite car but the possibilities are endless if you bring vinyl into the equation!

Haha actually I started a snow cone stand when I was in college at UT and I had a big afro at the time... It was called Snowfro.

No, no "individual" in Leipzig.

At 1.47 , is the gearshifter illuminated or is it just reflection?

Nothing illuminated there, just the usual chrome font.

SCOTT26 could you please be more specific? Where should we search this info? So far, my dealer don't know and no response from kundenbetreuung@...

At the show in the lounge?

I sincerely hope that as a client with an order on a VO 1M I match your definition of a "Special" client!

It must be really extraordinary special, if even the marketing department of BMW Switzerland doesn't know anything about a second car in VO at Geneva.

But I'll glad if they would be wrong and Scott would be right. They're pissing me off with that white only choice.

+1 Feel the same way, that pissed me off! It's like they have just imported the 1M from the Belgium show and all VO are in NA. At least they could have show the BSM at Geneva.

Hopefully I saw many pictures of outstanding e30 and 2002tii in "inca" orange and thought they were beautiful and very special (like their owner/client i guess) so I'll probably stick with my first choice.

This car looks amazing in one color to me: Alpine White. This is coming from an BSM owner.

On the eve of the show as has been done for a very long time.
We show BMW.CH the models they will receive this year , the event is held in a studio in Geneva , outwith the show.
Since our 1M was on the floor , another was brought for this event alongside some unseen models debuting throughout 2011.
That car will be joining BMW.CH

These are not frequented by the Press or Public they are strictly industry only. Closed Room viewings of new upcoming models at the Show itself do not admit the public, nor press.

Which event is that going to be? So, did I understood you right, there will be an another 1M?

I'm going to Geneva today afternoon, can't wait to see the car.
