Transformation Part 1
So in today's transformation is called part 1,
i dont know how to make a good build thread so decided to just post it differently and separately. installed a set of KW V3 with only (20mm lowered on front) damn i want it to be lower though speedbumps around my house are not that friendly.. remove the audio, subwoofer, from the previous owner which is just adding weights in the trunk and i dont think i'll be needing it anymore.. KW makes it more stable and i notice that my rear did not slide even on hard turning when usually in the same corner and in the same speed it will slide.. did not set it to hardcore track set up, though i think its enough for me now.. |

I just bought a set today! What settings do you feel are right? I too have speed bumps/ not the most perfect roads around where I reside!

I am changing my 135i for a 2012 1M, and I dont know if the KW coilovers V3 I have in my 135 are going to fit the 1M? I have the 1m control arms in the 135. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately the mounting points in both the front and the rear suspension for the dampers/struts are different. You might be able to purchase sleeves which will allow for install on your new 1M but you'd probably have to ask your KW dealer to see if that's an option. If not, then you'll just have to sell it and buy a new set. Maybe even upgrade |
