I do not recommend those specs on a 1-series. They sound like they came off of an E90 LCI.
19x8.5 ET45/19x9.5 ET50 is what our customers typically go with.

This set up is off an E92. I good With 335i offsets but not so much with 1series. I know this set up is a little aggressive for the 1 but is really not for an E90 where one can run 27 offsets or less. Anyone with good wheels offset knowledge than can help?

Would be 'stanced out' and not functional but could fit with lots of camber, stretched tyres and pulled fenders.
I'd with smaller tyres on the rear. |

The one series offsets are much higher than for the 3 series. A 10" et 45 rear will not work well.

That being said, I've seen 19x8.5 ET35/19x9.5 ET33 once. Not sure how hard it was to fit though.

Ttbmer, the spec VMR listed aren't near factory, they are what is recommend for the average enthusiast. They have a good program on the 3 series wheel section on this site. If you inputted stock wheels sizes then the ones you listed, you'd see what a challenge it will be.
If you are gonna try to run a 9" wide front, that offset is about perfect, much higher and you'll rub the strut, it actually still might depending on strut brands, etc. But you'll also be 13mm further poking out than my fronts, which rub at times. You can probably make it work with the tire size you mentioned and around 2 deg or camber. Your rear will poke out 6mm further than mine. You should be able to run some small running brands 245 or maybe even 255 wide. I'm currently running over 2 deg of rear camber and still rubbing with Michelin PSS 255s, however I had plenty or room with 255 Toyos. So you probably can make it work if you don't mind working on it, rolling, pulling, cambering, and mainly seriously stretching tires. I'd start with 215fr and 245 rears, maybe 255 rears, for sure not 265. Falkens or Toyos or Nittos.
