Wheel and Tires...
Hey fellas, im sure this is covered a few times but im tired of trying to piece it together. I'm buying the 225/40/18's (front) and 255/35/18 (rear) Michelin Pilot Super Sport as directed by...everyone lol! and i want 18" Alufelgen CS7's. Will they fit?!
Hopefully this isn't a re-post or beating a dead horse! |

Doesn't that depend on their offset or fitment? I believe your fronts should be 45 mm and rears are 48mm...Anyone know?

Yes Rikx that should be the correct offset for a 135i. However, last time I checked the CS-7's are out of stock everywhere since Alufelgen failed to make enough of that wheel design in the 1 series offset.

Stock 18s in the rear are 8.5.... So you will be just slightly wider but should not have an issue. You could go up to a 265.
As for me when I finally dump the all season run flats for PS2s I think I will go 225 or 235 by 45 on all four corners. That way some of the under steer will be dialed out and I can rotate the tires.

Will 255/35-18 fit without any problems on the stock 18/8.5 rear wheels?

Hi,
I have the mentioned install (225/40 and 255/35) of PS2 on my 120i e81 with 8,5 rears, and it fits wonderfully. Highly recommend. |

I put my PSS's on yesterday and those might be the best tires I've ever had.

Indeed I will Rudi!! These tires are amazing, but I have to get my fenders rolled cause I have the VMR wheels back on and they rub over bumps.
