128i Fair used Price?

I'm selling my Black 2009 128i 6MT with 190,600 km. It's in pretty good shape, has a couple leaks but nothing major. I bought it 2 years ago for $9500 CAD in Ontario at 159k. I put about $2k in performance mods and maintenance since (I know im not getting this money back).

Someone is offering me $6500 for it now. Does that seem fair? Not a lot of interest on the car right now because of the pandemic. This is the only response I've gotten on the classifieds. Not in a huge rush to sell but not sure what I should expect to get for it.

Yes, I think that's pretty fair. The N52 engine can go much longer if the oil has been regularly changed.
