ED, PCD and Lease question

For those who have experience doing ED and/or PCD on a lease:

1. I know the website says it could take 6-10 weeks depending on your dealer's location and the drop off point. How long does it usually take for the car to arrive?
2. If you do both ED and PCD. When do they allow you to schedule for PCD?
3. If the car actually takes 10 weeks to arrive for PCD(BMW only pays the second month payment). Does the customer get compensated in anyway at all?
