Is it better to use the BMW M3 sub frame mounts or go with someone else? For example...

http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-11...me-mounts.aspx

Turner Motorsport makes them, but they are $499... seems expensive. ANyone know what the going rate is to have these installed? I am considering them for my Cabrio, which has the KW coilovers.

There have been some posts at e90post about those solid mounts. The consensus is that they'll shake the fillings out of your teeth.

buy the m3 bushings. the other bushings from turner are meant for race cars. my shop charged me $500 to install the bushings but it could go as high as $800 depending on the shop

Thanks for all of the replies. I am going to start with replacing my rear bushings with the M3 bushings. I have a lift at my house and it doesn't seem that complicated so I am sure that I can tackle that myself. If that doesn't get me to where I want to be then I am going to change out the BMW Performance struts with Koni Yellows.

Other than lowering the car more, is there a big difference between the BMW performance springs and aftermarket springs?
