car drifting to the right

Hey guys,

So the 1M has been drifting to the right and I had the front control arms replaced and an alignment done. I made sure each tire pressure was the same after, but she continues to drift to the right. BMW dealer says this is normal as these cars have specialized suspensions and are very sensitive to road conditions.

I've had an e 46 M3 and have driven the e92 M3 and none of these cars had a similar issue. Anyone experiencing this also? If not, any ideas what may be causing the issue?

Thanks!

Why did you replace the control arms? In the United States, or indeed anywhere with LHD, all cars should drift slightly to the right. The curvature of the roads dictates this...

Thanks guys. Dealership found a slightly bent control arm that was causing the drift, it's much better now, but still drifts right.

I'm speaking with them today to see what else they can do.

Does it drift to the right even when driving on the highway in the left lane? Most likely a tire issue. Swap your front tires left and right and see if the direction of the pull changes to the left.

Yup, did that too before I dropped the car off again. They said that, the tires were swapped, but the drift is still there, however it's very slight now. Asked them to figure it out, they're the experts.
