2011 135i E88 drops iDrive Radio Presets

My M Sport Convertible periodically drops the radio presets I have programmed. It has also dropped the settings for the programmable keys. I can't see a pattern to the problem. I restart the car and the stations are gone, or others have been substituted in the memories.

Is this a known fault?

I have a problem kinda like this. Every once in awhile I jump back in mine and the radio is at the very bottom of the frequency dial. Not where I left it. Presets are still there, the radio is just tuned into the a static channel. Irritating. Yours sounds like your losing power and it's resetting the memory or something.
