the power steering reservoir is in front of the left strut tower. it has a circular cap and has a hex fitting on it. as far as the turbos, we replace the turbo/manifold assembly when turbos need replacement. i'm not sure if the aftermarket will any other solution, but it doesn't look like they can be separated. as for the downpipes, there is one large clamp on each assembly that connects the downpipes to the turbos, i've never done one, but looks like it may be a pain in the ass.
