135 in a "junk" yard Toronto

Stark Auto Sales in Toronto have a 08 135 in Sedona/black leather. It has been sold via auction [11 Oct] but by today, 13 October, has not been paid for. If it is not paid for, it can be bought for $3500. It has a broken engine and under carriage damage and 233,801 kms.
Will this just be a parts car? Assuming guy bought it via auction for $2500-$3500, can he fix engine and under carriage, then sell it and still make a profit? Remember it's still got 233K kms and is 13½ years old.
I ask b/c I have a Sedona 128 and could use some parts off the car if it became available. Body looks all good, interior likely fair and it's sport seats in leather.

At 223,000 kms and $3500, don't know if it would be worth fixing to sell. I'm about 1/2 way between you and that car...could use some parts, myself. Are you thinking about picking it up if you can?

No, it would cost far too much to get it brought here and I don't have any place to store it.
