Drift Combo??
first off, i'm not sure if this is the correct category to post this in but I have been wondering/pondering the idea lately of what the "BEST DRIFT COMBINATION" is for our beloved 1er's.
I know this may raise some eyebrows but I remember looking on her recently at someone's drift video and I wanted to see if there were more oddballs like him and myself out there.. Let me hear what you guys have to say!!! I'm looking forward to seeing the responses

lsd, a little toe-out in the rear + zero camber, reasonably thick rear sway, stiffen up the rear struts a bit, a bit of neg. camber in the front, quicker steering rack with a bit more throw to it, and a steady supply of cheap crappy rear tires and sticky fronts.
less crazy? lsd, alignment, cheap rear tires. that little bit of rear toe-out will do wonders. |

Also even easier would be to first turn off all the traction control. wondered why no one said anything about that.

Where do people go to drift? Empty parking lots?

Intersections late at night with no cars around.
Theme park parking lots sometimes with a couple cars around.... Who am I kidding? Anywhere works. Try power sliding into a parallel parking spot while the owners of the other cars are walking up to their cars. Look on their face ... priceless. (Don’t do it around kids as they are unpredictable) |

I've always wanted to do that, but my skill level is not even close to that point.

I wonder if there are any local parking lots that would allow it after hours.. Like maybe get permission from the powers at be. Lol I love straight line drags and I love corners, but there is just something completely special and exhilarating about sliding a +2ton vehicle around in such a manner that feels as if it defies physics that just intrigues me I'm going to start asking around, time to start having fun!
Has anyone here modified that has modified their e-brake handle or purchased some sort of accommodating mod so it doesn't grab on the teeth to secure it? I know this was something I did in my old Subaru to keep from losing it mid turn because the e-brake handle stuck in position lol
