I saw the CLA250 with the AMG sports pack at Ocean Terminal at Tsim Sha Tsui in HK as they were having a promotional / car show during the weekend. The CLA is definitely a very sexy car, however being a skinny and 1.9m tall the rear seats is too cramp, however the front was not so bad. I found it surprising was the A class seems to be more roomy than the CLA.

I wonder how much more power you can squeeze out of this engine... its already running 26psi of boost from factory which is around 1.8bar.

I think he meant matte paint, not metallic...which btw, I have seen on a few Volester turbo. Quite a nice looking car that one.

If only AMG had worked out how to tune suspension like M. Ie. good handling but still comfortable. My baby daughter gets upset when the car crashes through rough roads in a less compliant car, otherwise I would have bought one of these as the reviews aren't too bad aside from the suspension. Should have kept the 740i M sport for ferrying her around.

Matte, not metallic paint!

1400 for aero pack
350 for black wheels
1400 for matte paint

I didnt ask what the suspension cost.

A fully optioned car with onroads should be high 80s.

They appear to like the AMG A45 immensely!

I wonder how much the 4WD benefits the launch vs the 135i.

is it just me, or does anyone else think that the whole launch control song and dance is gimmicky. im not a fan of auto gearboxes, i didnt like the a250 gearbox, but when would anyone use this day to day.
u can impress a few mates every now and again, but im pretty sure that would get old.
give me a manual box and a clutch dump anyday

At 7:30, there are some negative comments about M135i steering and lack of body control. Those are two things that BMW should be doing better than MB and Volkswagen. It is sad, but probably true.

Yes that's the lowest I've heard too. Also heard it could be around 100k plus on roads, around 110k driveaway.

Nah, the latter is way off. Logic says it can't be that much more than the hatch as they are essentially identical and price came from mate who has deposit down for one. He's having second thoughts after watching the hatch vids
