Windshields suck

the windshields in the 1er is a shitty ass part of the car the only shitty part i find. it cracked with water pressure from a car wash. true story. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:help : now i have to figure out how the hell im going to put a new windshield in the damn thing

Was it an auto car wash, or a do-it-yourself-with-a wand? Did anything in the car wash accidentally smack the windshield? Your insurance should cover it, same as a road hazard rock chip.

i was pre soaking the car at a do it yourself with very little water pressure and it cracked. I am currently in germany due to the army but its a pain inu the ass to get windshields

Same concept as with glass dishes in the kitchen maybe?
Depends on where in Germany you are...getting a glass windshield should NOT be that difficult.

it was hot out side and the best part about it the water was mild i just don't get it! by the way if anyone wants stage 3 software upgrade for 128/135 i have a hookup at the Bavarian motor works factory. and a hook up with the M style 1 coming out i will post pics soon
