Best BRIGHT, WHITE H7 Halogen?

Anyone know of the best bright, white H7 halogen for us poor Canadians which had to choose a $3,000 option if we wanted xenons on our 128i coupe? Oh, I gess if I upgrade the low and high beams I would want to do the fog lights as well (H11?)

I don't recieve mine for 2 weeks but I'm guessing the OEM halogens are neither of the above.

philips xtreme power. A little whiter but much brighter.
