Performance Intake for 128 Only
There is hope for us non-turbo 1ers. I was playing with the BMW Performance Configurator that I got from Total BMW magazine and found this image of the Performance Intake.
From what I've read, it will only be available for the 128. Also you'll notice the picture is a 128 engine bay. And now we wait  |

Unfortunately the configurator doesn't give any of the details like part number, price, stats etc. It's simply a "dress up" tool you can use to add and check out all the options.
I was surprised to see the intake in the options and I posted the pic because I don't think anyone else has yet. Sorry, I wish I had more info on this one too! |

the autobahn is awsome but with 130mph or even 150mph limiter its almost pointless youll have german car with less horsepower passing your like you standing still

128i intake is now available to order from BMW. BMW NA will ship them out in the order that the dealers place them. I put 2 orders in just to get them coming.
