having problem with 6MT shifting to reverse?
sometimes the shifting to reverse is very jerking.... wont let me smooth...
sometimes it wont even budge to go reverse... anyone have same issue??? |

Mine notches every once in a while, more so when cold. Try this - shift into neutral - let the clutch out. Then press the clutch in and make sure it is depressed fully, then try the shift into reverse.

Ahh Lester. I was about to suggest double clutching, you beat me to it.
Is the Reverse gear syncroed? I would guess not. |

No syncro on reverse. The double clutch action slows down the process, and gives you some focus. Reverse is not a gear you need to shift into quickly, unless you are doing a remake of "Gone in 60 seconds".
