I'm curious as well. What is the difference for the cat-back, axle-back and even a muffler and resonator delete?

A cat-back will be the mid pipes and axle back pipes together starting from the catalytic converter, while an axle back wont have the mid pipes. A muffler/resonator delete will be a straight pipe "muffler" without the baffles and will have a better flow, but will be significantly louder.
