I have a set on my 128. Its debatable whether they improve performance or not. It seems to make sence that they would - ie forcing more air into the engine, but I'm no expert. They do look cool though!!!!
If you buy these for a 128 you will have to play with them to get the best fit and then drill holes in the plastic panel where the factory intake plenums are. You will also have to drill new holes in the tabs on the intake scoops and bolt it on. It takes a bit of patience, but if you're reasonably handy you can make it work.

Not to threadjack, but I'm just voicing my input. I'm not the biggest fan of Riss Racing, but if the RPI 135i scoops fit the 128i, the RR scoops should as well, and they extend a little bit further down, which would hypothetically yield bigger gains. Though the gains are probably almost nothing without a tune, and even with a tune aren't very big, the RR scoops come in black and red and since they extend lower, they are not only more visible through the grilles but should make a bigger difference.
