headlight restoration!

guy walked into my business offering car care services..
says he could restore my headlights..
60$ later.. this is what I got..
I think for the price its well worth it

ya im very pleased with the outcome.. he was trying to pitch me on polishing the car as well for 250$$

the photos he had of previous clients were amazing ..
I just cant fathom taking off a layer of clearcoat off the car.
but im considering it after the lights..
guy says hell take close to 7 hours polishing and going through the whole process..

If it's something you desire, I wouldn't hesitate. I spent most of my younger years as an automotive detailer and can assure you that the layer of clear coat discarded is minimal. The abrasive compounds work similar to clay bar in that they're really only reactive against intrusions in the paint. Very seldom do blemishes actually require any wet-sanding.
For peace of mind, a ceramic coating would be a good finishing step though.
