Drove through a massive puddle yesterday now left indicator won’t turn off!
I drove through a deep puddle yesterday at high speeds and now my left indicator won’t go off unless either of the fog light buttons are held in.
I have scanned for faults and have found none. While the left indicator is on neither the hazard warning lights and turning the indicator to the right position won’t work. Everything was fine when I got home yesterday and when I first unlocked the car today the brake lights flashed a bit for a second and the windows wouldn’t go up properly but this fixed itself within a moment. I got an error on the dashboard for a second which was a E with three lines but didn’t look like the parking sensor error and I don’t have sensors. The problem sometime fixes itself for a couple minutes but then starts again. Could this be water causing a short circuit or is it more likely the FRM has gone (last time the FRM went there was no window power or lights working at all) Appreciate any help! Thanks |
