Mine now says In Transit. I assume that means on a boat? Edit: It does! Also, I was built on 6/2 for those wondering.

Being transported to the port of exit means what IkeaBoy suggested - on a truck on its way to the port. I know because the next message I got was that mine was at the port (yesterday morning, same message this morning). I hope we all make the 6/12 ship to New York. Even if we do, it seems like it could be 6/15 until we know that. It seems to take a day or close to it to reflect what happened on the 800 number (a couple days longer on the website) and I don't think they update on the weekend. So if it makes the Friday ship, it could be Monday before we know that. I'd like to know sooner but if it makes the ship I will be happy (for a day or so). The next ship leaves on 6/17 and goes to Charleston and takes about 5 more days in transit - so missing 6/12 doesn't cost you 5 days, it costs you 10.

Guys, I finally got my acct. fixed on bmw.usa
I called their customer service and they patched me to their account people who quickly resolved the new password error.
I know have my acct. active again.

Get it DONE and setup, that way you can simply look online for any updates instead of constantly calling the 800 number.
There are 6 steps in the online tracker.
1. On Order
2. Scheduled for Production
3. Awaiting Transport
4. En Route
5. At Prep Center
6. At your Dealer

Mine was built on 6/3. It has been waiting for a ship for a few days now.
It looks like my car didn't get on the 6/6 ship launch.
But, I was told by BMW that once the car gets on the boat, only your CA can track it from there, in terms of more details.

My feeling is, it'll get here when it gets here.
I'm still enjoying my A4, and I'm headed down to Bloomington IN for a seminar.
I'll be able to enjoy the sweet twisty roads down there.
I'm headed back down there in July. I think I'll have the 135i for that one.

Infinite, what does it say for you when you call the 800 number? Mine was built 6/2 as well and says it is still at the dock!

Hey people, I received my 128i today! drove out of the dealer and put 102 miles on it! I simply could not stop driving! I tell you it is truly nervana! What a car! DAM You will be happy YOU WILL BE!

I just cheated! I took the one the dealer has in stock. They dropped the price. I'll be picking it up this Thursday.

HAHA. It's the auto with coral red they have in stock. My current Mustang is stick. I can't deal with it anymore. With the amount of traffic I'm in daily, I hate it.
